He is also a sought-after speaker at national real estate conferences and a frequent guest on top podcasts including BiggerPockets, Real Estate Rockstars, and The Wealthy Way with Ryan Pineda.

HANAN KIM
Hanan Kim is the founder of Seven Summers Capital and a real estate investor who began her journey in 2015 with short-term rentals. Since then, she has built a highly profitable portfolio of STRs across multiple states and expanded into boutique hotel ownership. Today, she owns a Treehouse micro Resort in North Carolina and an 8-unit boutique hotel in New Mexico. Hanan is passionate about real estate, family, coffee, yoga, and her faith and is committed to helping others build financial freedom through smart investing.
